See and taste different varieties of heirloom tomatoes. Purchase tomato sandwiches, fried green tomatoes and other delights. Local artists will display tomato and vegetable themed paintings and pottery. Admission fee - $5.00 per person for daytime activities. The festival will feature barbecue, boiled peanuts, live Elvis impersonators, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, Moon Pies, roasted peanuts, snowballs, tours of Everything Elvis, cold drinks, door prizes, Elvis trivia, raffles, Elvis auction and much more. Cash awards and prizes for Best Elvis. Museum opens at 10 a.m. Competition starts at 11 a.m. and ends when Elvis leaves the building. Bring the whole family and lawn chairs.
